Chapter 1: What AI Coaching Actually Is (And What It Isn't)
Let's clear up what this is and isn't.
AI coaching is NOT:
- A prompt-writing class (though your prompts will get better)
- A tutorial you could find free on YouTube
- Vague advice about "using AI more"
- Someone reading a manual to you
AI coaching IS:
- Finding YOUR specific time-wasters and bottlenecks
- Building workflows designed for YOUR exact business
- Picking the right tools for YOUR needs (not whatever is popular right now)
- Actually building working systems together during the session — you leave with real things that work, not just notes
The difference comes down to one word: specific. General AI advice is everywhere. What's rare is someone who can look at YOUR business, find the 3 best places to add AI, and build those systems with you in real time.
The "Secret Weapon" Effect
A good AI workflow doesn't just save you a little time. It multiplies your output. One well-built system can replace 2-3 hours of daily manual work. Stack five of those, and you've basically added a full-time employee — for the cost of a few monthly subscriptions.
That's what we're aiming for. Not small improvements. A complete upgrade to how you work.

Chapter 2: How the Coaching Works
The Format
- 4 weekly sessions, 90 minutes each
- Video call (Zoom or Google Meet) — you share your screen, we build together
- Between sessions: You have homework to test what we built. Plus unlimited email or chat support for quick questions.
What Makes This Different From a Course
A course teaches everyone the same thing. Coaching focuses entirely on you.
In our first session, we look at how you currently work — where your time goes, what tools you use, what frustrates you. Then we build systems around YOUR reality, not some ideal scenario from a textbook.
The Pace
We move fast. Each session has a clear goal. You leave every session with at least one working system you can use immediately.

Chapter 3: What We'll Cover Together
Every engagement is different, but here are the most common areas we work on:
Area 1: Content Creation Systems
If you spend too much time creating content, we build a system that turns 1 piece of content into 10+ using AI. Blog post → social media posts → email → video scripts — mostly automated.
Area 2: Email and Communication
If you spend too much time on email, we build templates, automated sequences, and AI drafting systems. Most people cut their email time in half.
Area 3: Sales and Customer Follow-Up
If you're losing deals because you forget to follow up, we build automated follow-up systems. AI drafts personalized messages. Automation sends them at the right time.
Area 4: Research and Decision-Making
If you spend hours researching things, we set up AI research workflows. Claude can summarize, compare, and analyze information in minutes instead of hours.
Area 5: Operations and Admin
If you're drowning in repetitive tasks, we identify the biggest time-wasters and automate them. Invoicing, scheduling, data entry, reporting — most of it can be automated.
Area 6: Tool Selection
If you're confused about which AI tools to use, we figure out the right stack for your specific needs and budget. No more paying for tools you don't use.

Chapter 4: What a Typical Session Looks Like
Session 1: Discovery and Quick Wins (90 minutes)
- You walk me through your typical work week
- We identify your top 5 time-wasters
- We rank them by impact (which one saves you the most time if we fix it)
- We build and test the #1 quick win right there on the call
- You leave with one working system and homework to test it
Session 2: Core Systems (90 minutes)
- We review how the first system is working
- We build system #2 and #3
- We connect them to your existing tools
- You leave with 3 working systems
Session 3: Advanced Automation (90 minutes)
- We review all systems
- We add automation (things that run without you)
- We build connections between your systems
- We tackle the harder, more custom problems
Session 4: Optimization and Handoff (90 minutes)
- We review everything we've built
- We fix anything that's not working perfectly
- We create a maintenance guide so you can keep everything running
- We identify your next priorities after coaching ends
- You leave with a complete AI toolkit built for your business

Chapter 5: Who This Is For
This Is a Great Fit If You:
- [ ] Have a running business (even a small one) and want to make it more efficient
- [ ] Have tried AI tools but feel like you're not getting the most out of them
- [ ] Spend too much time on repetitive tasks that should be automated
- [ ] Want someone to just show you what to do (not hand you a 200-page manual)
- [ ] Value your time and are willing to invest to get hours back
This Probably Isn't Right If You:
- You haven't started a business yet (check out our Spark Starter Guide instead)
- You want someone to do everything for you (check out our Done-For-You service)
- You're looking for a generic course (there are plenty of free ones online)

Chapter 6: What You'll Walk Away With
After 4 weeks, you'll have:
Working Systems
- 5-8 AI-powered workflows built specifically for your business
- Each one tested and proven to work
Time Savings
- Most clients save 10-20 hours per week after implementing their systems
- That's 40-80 hours per month you get back
Knowledge
- You'll understand which AI tools do what and when to use each one
- You'll know how to build new systems on your own going forward
Documentation
- A written guide for every system we build
- Video recordings of our sessions so you can rewatch anytime
Ongoing Support
- 30 days of email/chat support after our last session
- You can ask questions and get help as you keep building
What Past Clients Have Built
- A real estate agent who automated listing descriptions, social posts, and client follow-ups — saved 15 hours/week
- An e-commerce owner who automated product descriptions, email campaigns, and customer service responses — saved 12 hours/week
- A consultant who automated research, proposal writing, and invoicing — saved 20 hours/week
- A content creator who automated video scripts, blog posts, and social media scheduling — saved 18 hours/week
The Investment
$197 for the full 4-session coaching package.
Think of it this way: if coaching saves you just 10 hours per week, and your time is worth $30/hour, that's $300/week in saved time — or about $1,200/month. The investment pays for itself in the first week.
